Dispute Knight, INC. automates the process of responding to Stripe disputes and increases the dispute win rate through the use of artificial intelligence. Our Service is designed to optimize dispute responses, potentially leading to higher success rates for recovering disputed amounts. We charge a 20% fee on the total recovered disputes.
3. Eligibility
By using our Service, you represent that:
You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
You have the authority to act on behalf of the business or entity associated with the Stripe account.
You have agreed to Stripe's terms of service, and your account with Stripe is in good standing.
4. Service Fees and Payment
Our fee for the Service is 20% of the total amount successfully recovered through disputes.
Fees are automatically deducted from the recovered amount before it is credited back to your account.
In the event that no funds are recovered, no fees will be charged.
All payments and transactions are conducted through Stripe, and you agree to adhere to their payment terms and conditions.

While Dispute Knight, INC. leverages advanced AI to improve dispute outcomes, we do not guarantee a specific win rate or recovery amount. The results of disputes may vary based on the individual circumstances of each case.
6. User Responsibilities
As a user of our Service, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information for dispute responses.
Authorize Dispute Knight, INC. to access relevant data necessary to create responses and manage disputes.
Cooperate with us in providing any required documentation or additional information requested by Stripe or us in the course of handling disputes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dispute Knight, INC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
